The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Global build Ltd. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

We make every effort to describe the products offered for sale as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to add, remove or amend products without notice.

General

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Furniture

We make every effort to describe our furniture’s offered for sale as accurately as possible. Our furniture’s regarding dimensions are given by our manufacturers and displayed by us in good faith. This information is for your guidance only.

Once you have made a purchase on our furniture and wish to cancel, you may cancel your order within 7 days without charge, and you must inform us within 7 days, the only liability being for any costs already incurred are delivery charges.

If you choose within 7 days to return your furniture if damage it would have to be supported by photographs and it is the customer’s responsibility to show the damage has not been caused by any misuse or mishandling. Your only liability will be the full costs of delivery and collection (please note the full costs may be higher than the subsidised delivery rate due to handling) It is in the customers own interests to unwrap and fully inspect all furniture at the time of delivery.

Delivery

Some of our furniture packs include delivery which are over £350 + VAT around the London area. Any customers wishing to make a purchase on our furniture packs will have to speak with our team or fill out an inquire form with your delivery address to get a good rate. For e.g. Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and so on

Delivery time we aim to get your goods out to you within 3 to 10 days due to high demand and stock. 

Building services

Client provides the materials that is needed for the work to take place and we quote for the labour, can be arranged to get a quote with your materials and labour.

Waterproofing products

Global build have the right to redraw any special offers going on at anytime

We aim to describe our waterproofing products to the best of our knowledge, all information that we get is directly from our manufacturer. Global build is not responsible or can be held responsible for any issues other than our manufacturer. All waterproofing products come with 5 years warranty directly from our manufacturer.

For international sales our products are quoted Fob price so the buyer is responsible for the shipping and insurance and some of our products are quoted with shipping and insurance. We do not dispatch any products with out full payment.

Paints

We aim to describe our paints to the best of our knowledge, all information that we get is directly from our manufacturer. Global build is not responsible or can be held responsible for any issues other than our manufacturer. As we have a wide range of suppliers some of our paints have different amount of years on warranty, directly from our manufacturers.

All payments must be paid before any dispatch and for international sales most of our paints are quoted fob price so the buyers are responsible for the shipping and insurance.
